You might be a great fit if you:

• Have sales experience (3+ years preferred), or strong people-facing outside sales experience where you’ve built trust and delivered results.
• Have an eye for design and enjoy helping people create beautiful, functional spaces.
• Stay organized and thrive when juggling multiple clients or tasks.
• Are open to learning our proven process, taking feedback, and growing with the team.
• Hold a valid Class 5 driver’s licence and clean driving record.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• Visit clients in their homes (and welcome them in our showroom) to build trust and recommend the right products.
• Listen carefully, educate customers, and guide them toward designs that match their style, budget, and lifestyle.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while earning commission.
• Use CRM and digital tools to stay organized, track jobs, and keep communication smooth.
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service, referrals, and reviews.
