Description
Build and own relationships with key customers and channel partners to enhance long-term business prospects Collaborate and leverage channel to execute on business objectives Collaborate cross functionally with product lines, operations and other internal stakeholders to provide customer centric solutions Assist the team to develop a coordinated sales effort while keeping management informed of market conditions Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum one (1) year of experience within the electrical industry or a minimum two (2) internship experiences within the electrical industry Possess a valid driver's license Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Position Criteria: Possess excellent communication skills Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future Demonstrates adaptability in responding to diverse situations while consistently exhibiting exceptional sales proficiency across key customer services and applications Electrical product basic knowledge Skilled in time management Possess negotiating skills while understanding and using techniques needed to close orders Ability to prepare sales proposals that meet customer expectations Experience utilizing value-added selling techniques Strong work ethic, competitiveness, willingness to learn and adept at building relationships Ability to travel up to 10%
