REAL ESTATE OUTSIDE SALES AGENT OPPORTUNITY

Are you a driven, goal-oriented individual ready to turn ambition into results? We are looking for motivated professionals to join our top-producing real estate team in an outside sales role.
You will step into a high performance environment where collaboration, energy, and consistency lead to real outcomes. Once licensed, you will work directly with experienced agents, using proven systems, active mentorship, and real opportunities to close deals and earn rewarding commissions.

$135,000 at planResponsibilities:

  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers
  • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions
  • Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met
  • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process

Qualifications:

  • Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude
  • Great phone presence with a closer mentality

  • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities
  • Driven to succeed in sales and in life
  • A real estate license is required
