REQUIREMENTS OF OUTSIDE SALES - HOME CARE REP:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Healthcare Administration or similar area of study.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales experience, preferred experience in home health, home care or hospice but not required.
  • Outside Sales - Home Care Rep must be service-oriented and growth-focused, contributing to the organization’s mission.
  • Liaison - Home Care Sales must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in sales or marketing.
  • Excellent communication and proven relationship building skills.
  • Organized and self-motivated in achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for developing sales opportunities and promoting a positive image of the company in the Boston area.
  • Provide information and education to healthcare professionals, facilities, organizations and consumers regarding services offered.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the community, healthcare facilities and referral sources appropriate for our Home Care Services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, physicians and other healthcare professionals that utilize Home Care services. Regularly conduct sales visits to those referral sources to assist them in identifying appropriate for services resulting in increase in clients served by Right at Home.
  • Represent the agency at health fairs, community functions, and participate in community events appropriate for promotion of the agency.
  • Provide regular reporting to management on sales metrics.
