Description Spectra Gutter Systems is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Manager to drive business growth throughout the Little Rock market and surrounding territories. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing existing customer relationships, and expanding market presence within the contractor, distributor, and building materials space. The ideal candidate is a self-driven sales professional with strong relationship-building skills, experience managing a sales territory, and the ability to generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and customer engagement. This is a field-based position requiring frequent travel throughout the assigned territory.
