• Lead and inspire a team of in-home sales reps to consistently exceed revenue targets
• Train and develop sales talent using proven one-call close techniques and objection-handling strategies
• Implement and refine the sales process, from lead assignment to contract close, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
• Set and monitor performance goals and KPIs, providing regular feedback and hands-on coaching
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure a steady, qualified lead flow and smooth job handoff
• Be a hands-on sales leader, jumping in on high-value appointments or team closings when needed
