Description Job Summary: The Commercial Operations Coordinator drives deal execution from pipeline to project launch. This role ensures commercial activities move quickly, cleanly, and accurately across sales, engineering, operations, and finance. This role blends sales support, project coordination, and operational execution. It focuses on data accuracy, process discipline, and cross-functional alignment to support revenue growth. Responsibilities: Manage deal progression from initial opportunity through contract execution. Coordinate proposals, pricing inputs, and contract documentation. Track internal approvals and remove bottlenecks in the process. Ensure clean handoff from sales to operations after contract signing. Maintain CRM accuracy across pipeline stages, deal data, and customer records. Track pipeline health, deal velocity, and forecast inputs. Generate regular reports on pipeline health, deal velocity, and forecast inputs. Flag risks, delays, or data gaps to commercial leadership. Serve as the coordination point between sales, engineering, operations, and finance. Align internal teams on timelines, deliverables, and customer commitments. Support onboarding of new customers and projects post-close. Ensure documentation is complete and accessible across teams. Prepare client-facing materials including proposals and presentations. Support follow-ups, meeting coordination, and stakeholder communication. Maintain organized records of contracts, proposals, and amendments. Manage version control and document standardization. Identify inefficiencies in deal flow, approvals, and communication. Recommend and implement process improvements. Support scaling of commercial processes as the business grows. Requirements Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or related field preferred. 2-5 years of experience in sales, operations, commercial support, or coordination roles. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Skills & Abilities: Strong organizational and project coordination skills. High attention to detail and data accuracy. Clear and professional written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment: Primarily office-based or hybrid work environment. Prolonged periods sitting and working on a computer. Occasional lifting up to 15 pounds. Frequent communication with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to attend meetings across departments and functions.
