POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Manager to lead our Michigan sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on driving revenue growth, mentoring the sales team, and cultivating strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients in the stone and building materials industry.
We equip our team with the tools to succeed, including cloud-based systems like Repsly and Stone Profit System—covering inventory, accounting, CRM, and sales tracking—all accessible on the go.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven success in B2B sales—experience in the stone or building materials industry is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience managing a sales team and driving measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
