Turbo Solutions, headquartered in Pennsauken NJ, is seeking an Account Manager to join our dynamic, growing team to support the Northeast of the United States. The Account Manager will be responsible for partnering with senior sales management to build and maintain long-term relationships with our clients, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have either a proven track record in sales or have experience working in a client-facing role as a technician. This role also requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment, OR
  • 2-5 years of technical experience in trucking, automotive, diesel, heavy equipment, or related industries.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and drive.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted point of contact.
  • Conduct ride-alongs with customer outside sales representatives to visit end users, providing product education and support.
  • Lead inside sales training sessions to ensure customer teams understand product offerings, ordering processes, core returns, and troubleshooting resources.
  • Support Turbo University training sessions for customer technical teams, as well as inside and outside sales staff.
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account revenue.
  • Assist with nationwide sales blitz initiatives as needed.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to customers.
  • Utilize CRM tools to document sales activities, track customer interactions, and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
