JAYR Construction Group Inc. specializes in concrete polishing, epoxy coating systems, self-leveling floors, and engineered polishable toppings for the commercial and industrial sector across the GTA. This is our core strength and where we deliver the most value.
We’re now expanding our offering to include carpet tile, vinyl flooring, and commercial painting services. The goal is to become more competitive on bundled scopes, while still leading with high-quality concrete flooring solutions.
We’ve built solid internal systems and technical crews. What we need now is another driven sales professional who can open doors, build relationships, and help us grow. If you’re motivated by flexibility, ownership, and real earning potential — let’s talk.
Why This Role Exists:
We’re growing, and sales is our biggest opportunity right now. Our existing rep is off to a strong start, and we’re looking to build on that momentum with a second rep to help take on more territory, build more relationships, and develop new opportunities.
This isn’t a big company with layers of management. It’s a lean team with clear goals. If you can bring relationships, sales skills, or strong motivation — you’ll get direct support and a seat at the table as we scale.
Support & Flexibility:
We’re open to structuring this role around your strengths — whether you prefer commission-only, base plus commission, or part-time based on your existing network.
If you’ve sold concrete flooring, coatings, carpet tile, LVT, or commercial painting before, this role is a great fit. And if you’re hungry to grow into new areas, we’ll back you.

You’ll receive:

• Full support from the owner
• Ongoing product and technical training
• Proposal support and tools (Fully Developed PM Software / CRM)
• On-the-ground estimating or site visit help when needed

Who You Are:

• You’ve worked in commercial/industrial flooring, coatings, construction, or property management.
• You have (or can build) strong relationships with facility managers, property managers, general contractors, or architects.
• You’re proactive, driven, and can manage your own schedule.
• You’re comfortable with performance-based pay and want to build something.

Compensation:

We’re open to customizing the structure based on your experience and goals.

• Commission-only with high rates
• Base + commission for the right candidate
• Flexible part-time roles if you have an existing book of business

Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
