Job Summary: As a member of our sales team, you will sell custom crating solutions in a consultative, professional, and highly competitive sales environment. This includes creating primary market demand for Litco products and services by prospecting, cold calling, and educating users in the manufacturing and distribution markets on the value of Litco’s design load solutions. Responsibilities: o Target, contact, and develop new business opportunities within assigned geographic area o Follow up on leads generated through other Litco channels (trade shows, website, other RSMs) o Develop and present proposals that address each potential customer’s defined needs o Negotiate pricing for all products and services with new and existing direct accounts o Maintain and expand revenue and profitability with existing accounts o Manage and resolve product, service, and (when necessary) accounts payable issues with customers o Document all activity in Salesforce o Work closely with other Regional Sales Managers o Represent Litco at Industry Trade Shows, as assigned. o Develop and achieve annual sales and profitability plans o Communicate effectively with all internal and external customers o Manage the territory with integrity and in accordance with all other Litco policies Requirements Requirements: o Education Level: 4-year bachelor’s degree o Documented experience in outside sales / territory management o Ability to read, measure and understand detailed package drawings o Entrepreneurial attitude towards new business development o Proven strong analytic and problem-solving capabilities o Ability to travel within the territory 3-5 days per week o Availability for overnight travel within territory and to corporate meetings; or as required o Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and Outlook o Self-motivated and goal driven with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail o Documented communication skills; both verbal and written o Strong basic math skills o Reside within 100 miles of the Youngstown Oh
