Roofing / Construction Sales Commission Only / Daily Leads Provided! Are you a motivated closer with a passion for helping homeowners improve their properties? We are seeking an energetic Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team! Responsibilities Conduct roof inspections and accurately assess storm or age-related damage Educate homeowners on repair/replacement options and guide them through the insurance claim process Prepare and present detailed project proposals Cold calls and door to door sales to set up appointments Build and maintain strong customer relationships through communication and follow-up Collaborate with the production team to ensure a smooth installation process Requirements Proven sales experience (construction or home improvement preferred, but not required) Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Comfortable working outdoors and climbing roofs (training provided) Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to hustle! Pay: $100,000 - $150,000 Hours: Hours vary by appointment - 7 days a week day and night **Background Check and Drug Screen
