Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to support our volume-based sales strategy. This individual will focus on building a dealer network, securing large-scale orders, and driving revenue growth within the commercial and residential building markets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in flooring sales, with an understanding of products such as hardwood, vinyl, tiles, and sports floors.
  • Established network within the building and contractor markets is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute a dealer network strategy.
  • Experience in recruiting, managing, or mentoring sales professionals is a plus.
