SKILLS

  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Experience in business development within technology or technical sales environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies that enhance sales efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years outside sales experience, preferably in the diesel industry.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English at a high level.
  • Track record of exceeding customer expectations, meeting targets, and driving growth.
  • Valid driver’s license (abstract required upon hire).
  • Diesel industry knowledge and experience preferred.
