Terrazzo & Marble Supply is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for our Michigan and Ohio territories. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop business and promote the sales of our stone product lines through kitchen and bath dealers, designers, architects, and fabricators. This position requires enthusiasm, creativity, aptitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit to drive success. Experience working directly with architects, engineers, and interior designers is a plus. Requirements Job Responsibilities: Coordinate with the local branch for sales activities and appointments. Showroom coverage when needed (may include an occasional Saturday). Stay up to date with industry knowledge. Social Media content and posting Generates and develops new business by presenting to architects, interior designers, fabricators, and end users. Promoting our products via educational seminars, in-office, virtual, and networking events. Keep CRM updated with activities, opportunities, and account ranking per company policy. Maintain, nurture, and grow relationships with clients and customers. Attend and participate in business/trade events that impact the business unit. Attend and participate in team strategic sales meetings. Travel is required, with some overnights needed for territory coverage Performs other duties as assigned by the manager. Qualification: 3 + years of Stone or Kitchen and Bath industry or related experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees Excellent problem-resolution and consultative sales skills Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence comfortable with utilizing social media Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm Proficient in contact management systems, databases, the internet, order processing, spreadsheets, and word processing What You'll Love About Us: Great Company Culture: Ownership culture means investing in each other's success.
