Description America's Auto Auction is seeking a motivated salesperson to join our team. This position involves spending time both in office and at prospective customer locations. Must possess attention to detail, have excellent communication skills, and be a self-starter. Responsible for maintaining a customer base of active clients at our wholesale auto auction, as well as managing portfolio growth through inactive and potential customers. Duties include: Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed and ensure customer requirements are met. Coordinate with transportation scheduling pickup and delivery of vehicles. Ensure necessary customer vehicle information is obtained and submitted into computer system in preparation for sale. Represent dealerships during auction in the sale of vehicles. Post sale follow up of customer satisfaction. Selling of auction services to dealers. Distributing marketing material as needed to promote sales and service.
