Job Title: Outside Sales RepresentativeJob Description As an Outside Sales Representative, you will maintain ongoing communication with current clients, proactively addressing their plumbing or water-related concerns and recommending appropriate solutions. You will use company pricing tools and insurance parameters to prepare accurate, competitive estimates for repairs or replacements, guiding customers toward the best option and securing the sale. You will serve as a knowledgeable point of contact, offering clear and reliable information to help customers make informed decisions. Additionally, you will utilize prospecting tools to follow up on leads for residential and commercial clients experiencing water damage or plumbing issues. Responsibilities Identify and present solutions for addressing water-related property damage in homes and businesses. Conduct on-site evaluations to measure moisture levels, determine the extent of damage, and assess whether demolition, drying, or other restoration steps are necessary. Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers, providing clear and reliable information. Utilize prospecting tools to follow up on leads for residential and commercial clients experiencing water damage or plumbing issues. Essential Skills 1+ years of customer interfacing sales experience. Self-motivated, eager, and upbeat attitude. Customer service oriented. Ability to learn on the fly. Results-oriented with a clear understanding of weekly goals. Additional Skills & Qualifications Water restoration knowledge to effectively articulate solutions. Experience interfacing with insurance adjusters. Ability to run a sewage line camera and remove toilets. Self-discipline and resilience. Nice to have: water restoration certifications (company-paid). Work Environment This role is internally referred to as a Field Supervisor for the Water Restoration and Excavation teams. The position covers the region west of the 605, from Long Beach to Pasadena to Malibu, excluding Santa Clarita, Palmdale, and Ventura County. You will be required to come into the office once a week for sales meetings and paperwork submission. The team consists of 14 sales/field supervisors, with 10 in excavation and 4 in water restoration, supporting both residential and commercial clients. You should be open to working nights and weekends as these are the busiest times. Training is typically 4-6 weeks, with an offered training bonus. The company provides a vehicle for excavation roles, while mileage reimbursement is provided for water roles. Certifications are company-paid, and you will need to obtain a HIS License through the state of CA with company assistance. The role offers an uncapped commission structure with opportunities for additional incentives. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Alhambra, CA.
