Grande Prairie is looking for Outside Sales applicants:
A “customers first” attitude is a must and qualified applicants must have 2 years Oilfield Outside Sales experience.
Outside Sales Personnel are responsible for the promotion of corporate goods and services. Outside Sales personnel are encumbered with maintaining the current customer base as well as generating additional sales to new clientele.

Experience:

  • Oilfield: 3 years (preferred)
  • Outside sales: 2 years (preferred
Responsibilities

Ø Travel to customer locations. This includes local offices as well as onsite locations, established customers as well as cold calling.
Ø Meet or exceed regularly set sales targets
Ø Be a competitive and self-motivated leader in identifying and providing solutions for our customers.
Ø Actively identify and promote cross-selling opportunities with other Baron Branches and within the Side Group of Companies.
Ø Periodic delivery of parts and/or material incorporated into regular sales runs, not exceeding the max capacity of the vehicle.
Ø Handling customer complaints. Reporting details of customer feedback regarding service to Management and participating in the resolution of customer concerns.
Ø Social Activities. Outside Sales personnel are expected to be involved in and actively partake in any social activity deemed necessary by the company as a measure of corporate exposure.
Ø General Meetings. Outside Sales personnel are expected to attend any general meetings deemed necessary by the customer.
Ø Office Duties. Outside Sales personnel are expected to perform the duties of Inside Sales personnel any time they are working within the office. This includes but is not limited to:
Taking telephone inquiries.
Procuring material to fill orders.
Pulling material from stocking inventory. Billing/Packaging and shipping customer material.
Loading/Unloading material from customer vehicles.
