QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years’ experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success
  • Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals

    Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

ROLE

As a Sales Territory Representative, you will take ownership of your assigned territory, working to increase revenue, build strong client relationships, and support our company values. This is a full-time remote role requiring significant in-person engagement with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow an assigned sales territory by developing new business and expanding existing accounts.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional communication, trust, and service.
  • Conduct on-site visits with clients and prospects (up to 90% travel within the Detroit area).
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using CasterDepot products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
