Responsibilities

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and businesses through research, networking, and cold-calling to build a pipeline of prospects.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms of sale, contracts, and agreements with clients, striving to meet revenue targets and maximize profitability for the company.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet the unique requirements of each client.
  • Drive revenue growth by closing sales and exceeding targets in a competitive market
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and delivery of exceptional service.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Sales Experience: 2-3 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably within the commercial industry.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication is essential for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and articulating the value proposition of products or services.
  • Prospecting Skills: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting and cold calling.
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel surrounding area in your market
