REQUIREMENTS:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Sales Experience: 2-3 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or rental industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of construction equipment, tools, and services.
  • Prospecting Skills: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting and cold calling.
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel surrounding area in your market
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate product features and benefits.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:

  • Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities within the construction and rental industry.
  • Utilize your knowledge of construction equipment and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet the unique requirements of each client.
  • Drive revenue growth by closing sales and exceeding targets in a competitive market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and delivery of exceptional service
