Overview:
Join our team as an Outside Sales Representative and create your own flexible schedule and pay scale!
As a sales rep with Daycor Windows, your responsibility is to generate new leads and close sales through door-to-door and over the phone interactions while providing a superior customer experience.
Daycor Windows an industry leading agency within BC with over 20 years of experience in window and door sales and installation.
Daycor is expanding and looking to hire experienced Outside Sales Representatives to start immediately in the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island and Okanagan Valley regions. If you’re hard-working, dedicated and passionate about customer experience and sales Daycor Windows is the career for you!

You will be set up for success by going through an extensive onboarding training, and have recurring management touchpoints to maintain and invest in your skill sets.
As a contracted employee and commission-based, you will have the flexibility to make your own schedule and grow your paycheck to as large as possible.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Action and close sales leads.
  • Acquire, foster and close new business-to-business and residential sales via door-to-door selling, and outbound sales calling
  • Constantly canvas new areas selling products and acquiring leads daily
  • Maintain a professional company image at all times from the way you represent yourself in the way you dress, to your client interactions
  • Maintain and improve your selling skills and product knowledge by attending the weekly training reinforcement meetings and identify ways to improve sales performance for yourself and the team at large
  • Monitor and maintain market conditions and stay on top of the competition through personal industry research
  • Build strong and successful relationships with clients from the point of acquiring the lead until the end of the client contract alongside fostering potential leads within that neighborhood
  • Client resolution as needed
  • Deal with various technology platforms to fulfill the job requirements
  • Constantly be building up your funnel for new sales leads through different marketing tactics and strategies

Required Experience:

  • Strong customer experience and service skills
  • Strong selling skills and experience in a successful sales role
  • Understands and has experience with the different stages of the sales process
  • Highly driven with the ability to work independently
  • Great persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software
  • Able to travel if needed to growth regions
  • Your own vehicle and mode of territory transportation is required
  • Your own phone is required for sales calls
