We are currently seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill an Outside Sales position in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * The individual in this role is responsible for meeting / exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned regions. * The individual will be responsible for directing and coordinating sales activities in the region, developing project specific sales strategies, and communicating project requirements to the company's operations and management team. * Account Management / Account Retention focused daily activities. * Target new customers and follow up on assigned sales leads. * Provide updated reporting on target projects and an updated market outlook for forecasting purposes. * Prepare and update all opportunities within CRM. * Investigate service complaints and assist customers in finding satisfactory solutions to sales and service problems. * Remain current in knowledge of competitive activities, including product lines, pricing, services, and market penetration. * Participate in trade shows, lunch & learns, and industry activities. Qualifications * 3+ years of proven Fuel and/or Lubricants Sales experience is required. * Candidate must be able to work independently in a home-based office. * Candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to provide professional presentations. * Occasional domestic travel is required. * Experience with sales CRM, Customer Relationship Management tools. * Valid US driver's license and safe driving history Education Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
