OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are seeking a strategic, driven, and results-oriented professional to join the Dynamic sales team. This individual will be responsible for developing customer-focused sales strategies, fostering long-term client relationships, and driving growth by achieving monthly and annual sales targets. Acting as the primary contact for key customers, the successful candidate will also generate new business opportunities and help expand Dynamic’s market presence.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of closing new business and achieving targets.
  • Skilled in selling at all levels of customer organizations, from front-line staff to executives.
  • Comfortable with prospecting and cold-calling.
  • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal — with professionalism across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Ability to work under pressure while responding to customer needs promptly.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, industrial equipment, or machining is an asset.
  • Self-starter who can work independently while contributing to team success.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract; travel required within Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Ontario.
Responsibilities
  • Build and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts, prioritizing Dynamic’s top customers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed annual sales targets; track results on a monthly basis.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Support the quoting process by gathering customer requirements and aligning solutions to maximize quote success.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to assess customer needs and collaborate with internal experts to recommend optimal solutions.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and prospect new business leads.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dynamic’s technical capabilities, products, and services.
  • Monitor and communicate the status of work-in-progress quotes and jobs to customers.
  • Accurately log customer interactions in the internal CRM system according to established expectations.
  • Deliver on ongoing sales strategy goals, meeting both activity and revenue targets.
  • Effectively manage time and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support organizational objectives.
