As the exclusive representative of Forsaflex hydraulic and industrial products, we maintain fully stocked warehouses in 6 locations across Canada, reliably serving a wide range of industries.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as an outside sales representative;
  • Experience in Industrial Distribution (Hydraulic, Pneumatic and/or Fluid Power) considered an asset;
  • Must possess superior problem-solving, analytical, negotiation and communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willing to work independently;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced work environment;
  • Valid driver’s license required.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as an ambassador of Echelon Supply & Service, representing our brand with integrity and professionalism.
  • Travel within the assigned sales territory to meet with prospects and customers.
  • Conduct both calls and face-to-face meetings with customers.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, understanding how they can benefit customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to better understand customer needs.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify further sales opportunities.
  • Regularly submit reports on sales activities into the company’s CRM software, maintaining clean and updated records for all leads and customers.
  • Adhere to all company procedures, values, and policies to accurately represent the company to all potential and current customers.
  • Overnight travel may occasionally be required for sales activities, training, or trade shows.
