As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Empower Home Comfort, helping homeowners find the perfect solutions for their heating and cooling needs. You’ll work with pre-qualified leads booked daily by our dedicated inside sales team, ensuring you can focus on what you do best: closing deals and driving your income. This 100% commission-based role offers substantial earning potential, with commissions up to 12%, allowing you to control your financial success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven success in closing sales, particularly in a face-to-face, commission-based role. HVAC experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to engage customers, understand their needs, and close deals with confidence and professionalism.
  • A true go-getter who thrives in an environment where your performance directly impacts your earnings.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle to travel to client appointments.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and tools like email to track appointments and communicate with clients.
Responsibilities
  • Assess customer needs, present tailored solutions, and provide pricing estimates.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Ensure every interaction with clients reflects Empower Home Comfort’s high standards of professionalism and customer care.
  • Manage your own schedule, prioritize client appointments, and travel to various locations to meet with prospective clients.
  • Partner with our inside sales team to optimize lead conversion and ensure client satisfaction.
