As a growing company, we are seeking a driven and energetic Outside Sales Representative to help us achieve our customer acquisition and revenue goals. Position Summary: The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for lead generation, advancing the sales process, and closing new business. This role also supports marketing efforts and assists with maintaining our CRM systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is passionate about delivering value to customers. Key Responsibilities: Generate new leads and follow up on those from external sources Research and identify potential accounts to develop new sales opportunities Manage data quality and assist with CRM (Salesforce) cleanup Provide general sales and administrative support Assist with playbook development and account setup in Salesforce Maintain and grow the company’s prospect database Ensure timely lead handoff with complete documentation and clear next steps Support quoting processes and respond to process-related inquiries Represent EMSAR at trade shows, exhibits, and customer events as needed Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified opportunities Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience 2–3 years of experience in sales or inside sales/telesales Experience with Salesforce and/or ServiceMax Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas Skilled in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, and objection handling Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Strong time management, organizational, and follow-up abilities High level of integrity and professionalism Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a team-oriented mindset Ability to travel occasionally and attend industry events Preferred Traits: Energetic and confident with a customer-first mindset Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Some travel required Ability to conduct in-person and virtual presentations Manual dexterity for computer use Occasional overtime may be necessary The above statement intends to describe the general nature and level of work performed by individuals assigned to this position.
