Sales Representative for Aluminum Extrusion Industry

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Post-secondary education in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in metals manufacturing.
• Familiarity with aluminum extrusions is preferred.
• Ability to read 2D, 3D, and fabrication drawings.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Qualified candidates must reside in Southwestern Ontario
• Valid Drivers’ License

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed territory sales targets.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in target markets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to maximize account potential.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, including custom extrusion solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, production, and quality) to ensure customer requirements are met.
