We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in outside sales or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales goals.
  • B2B experience is a must.
  • Prior working experience in electrical sector is an asset.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong account management capabilities, ensuring client needs are met effectively.
  • Proficient in analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills, capable of securing favorable terms for both the company and clients.
  • Experience in business development, with a focus on expanding market presence.
  • Technical sales experience is a plus, particularly in understanding product specifications and applications.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
