Description Territory Manager (Outside Sales Representative) Honey Bucket – A Division of Northwest Cascade Greater Houston Area, TX Average Yearly Total Comp $60,000 to $85,000+/year + uncapped commission Full-time | Monday–Friday with some weekends| Company Truck Provided About the Job This is a blue-collar sales role that combines physical, hands-on service with outside sales. You’ll clean and deliver portable toilets, handwashing stations, and related equipment while also managing your own customer base and generating new leads. If you like physical work, talking with people, and making things happen without sitting behind a desk, this might be the job for you. What You’ll Do Visit job sites and build relationships with site managers and contractors Promote services and close new business Deliver and service portable toilets (yes, you’ll clean them too) Troubleshoot customer concerns and reroute equipment Work independently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment This role is part sales, part production—the mix can vary week to week depending on business needs. Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical Able to lift 75+ lbs, climb in and out of a truck, and work outdoors in all weather Comfortable with physical, dirty work and independent field work Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, GPS apps) Spanish-speaking is a plus Must be able to speak and understand English well enough to follow traffic laws and communicate with the public What You’ll Get Average Yearly Total Comp (Hourly Base + uncapped commission): $60,000 to $85,000+ Weekly pay with overtime opportunities Company truck and phone provided Full medical, dental, and vision insurance for you paid for by employer (dependent coverage is very affordable as well) 401(k) with company match Paid time off, holiday pay, and uniform/boot allowance On-the-job training and career advancement opportunities Why Work for Honey Bucket?
