• Solution Selling: Explain benefits, features, and long-term value of systems with clarity and confidence.
• Lead Management & Scheduling: Contact hot leads, qualify prospects, and book in-home consultations.
• In-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners, assess needs, and present tailored HVAC and water solutions.
• Financing & Payment Options: Clearly outline promotions, rebates, and flexible payment plans.
• Closing & Documentation: Finalize deals, collect necessary paperwork, and coordinate handoff to operations.
• CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate records, update pipeline stages, and follow up consistently.
• Referral Generation: Request customer referrals and expand the client network.
• Team Collaboration: Share insights with management, contribute ideas, and support overall sales goals.
• Professional Representation: Represent Nexhome with integrity, professionalism, and customer-first values.
