They’re seeking a results-driven Plumbing/HVAC Outside Salesperson to join their team in Charlottetown and help grow their regional customer base.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of direct experience in plumbing or HVAC sales
• A strong technical background in plumbing, HVAC, or a related field is a definite asset
• Proven ability to build client relationships and close sales
• Professional demeanour and customer-first attitude
• Organized, self-motivated, and skilled in time/territory management
• Proficiency in sales planning, CRM use, and lead follow-up
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for customer visits

• Manage and grow a regional sales territory through proactive customer outreach and site visits
• Provide technical expertise and product recommendations tailored to each customer’s needs
• Prepare quotes, close deals, and meet established sales targets
• Develop trusted partnerships with contractors, builders, and key decision-makers
• Represent Eddy Group professionally at job sites, meetings, and industry events
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and seamless customer service
