Description Are you a driven, hunter-minded sales professional with a passion for technology and relationship-building? We’re looking for an Outside Sales Representative to grow our Managed IT Services business by identifying new opportunities and delivering tailored solutions to our clients. What You’ll Do Own the full sales cycle for IT solutions, including: Managed IT Services & All-Inclusive offerings Network and infrastructure solutions Hardware and maintenance contracts Prospect, identify, and engage net-new clients while nurturing existing customer relationships Lead discovery conversations to uncover client needs and align them with the ServIT sales approach Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to design customized Managed Services solutions Consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive, hunter-style role Requirements What We’re Looking For 5–10 years of B2B technology sales experience (Managed Services preferred) Proven success in an outside sales or hunter role with quota-carrying responsibility Strong business acumen with a competitive, goal-driven mindset Ability to work independently while partnering cross-functionally Comfortable prospecting through cold outreach, networking, and referrals Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Performance-based compensation plan with no earnings cap Opportunity to grow within a stable, expanding IT services organization
