We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Outside Sales Representative (Independent Contractor) to represent our brand and support our clients across the Greater Toronto Area & Niagara Region.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience required; outside sales experience considered a strong asset.
  • Beauty industry experience is also considered an asset.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and effectively close deals.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and build strong client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and persistence in overcoming objections.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (required).
  • Valid passport (frequent travel may include trips outside of Canada).
Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to new and existing clients to grow sales and build brand loyalty.
  • Prospect and secure new clients through cold calling and lead generation in your assigned territory.
  • Manage your schedule efficiently to ensure consistent coverage of your territory.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, call reports, and work plans.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends by attending trade shows, educational events, and product launches.
  • Represent Modern Beauty with professionalism and tact while addressing client concerns or objections.
  • Align client needs with company offerings to build strong, long-term partnerships.
