Job Summary: Join Moeller Precision Tool as an Outside Sales Representative and help us strengthen relationships and grow underutilized accounts across Southeast Michigan. This is an ideal role for engineers, design professionals, or supervisors who want to transition into sales and leverage their technical knowledge in a new way. Key Responsibilities: Cultivating relationships with existing and prospective clients. Leading sales efforts in Southeastern Michigan (Tools and Marketing Leads supplied). Staying abreast of industry trends to identify growth opportunities. Collaborating with our Sales Team to enhance marketing efforts. Participating in industry trade shows to showcase our offerings. An established territory will be assigned. Requirements (Must-Haves): Michigan Residency Mechanical aptitude is required—whether through hands-on experience, education, or previously related roles. Some sales experience is required, even if not in industrial sales. Clean driving record and reliable transportation. Willing to occasionally travel. Comfortable working remotely. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with minimal supervision. Willingness to learn and be trained in our products, processes, and sales approach. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves): Familiarity with the metal forming/stamping industry. Familiarity with machining processes is helpful.
