We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction and building materials industry, with a focus on cladding and façade systems. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Executive, or similar role.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and experience with CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales prospects in the construction and building materials industry.
  • Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs and identify selling possibilities.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and present NUEWAL’s product offerings.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, handling complaints or objections as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and other important data.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and understand the company’s products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
