EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• 2–3 years in sales/estimating for parking lot, property maintenance, landscaping, paving, or construction.
• Proven cold-calling and outbound sales skills.
• Experience with site measurements, reading drawings, and take-offs.
• CRM proficiency and strong follow-up habits.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Build and maintain a book of recurring clients (property managers, owners, developers).
• Manage inbound leads and drive outbound growth (cold calls, site visits, email outreach).
• Prepare accurate measurements and create professional proposals.
• Use CRM for pipeline tracking and follow-ups.
• Partner with Operations for scheduling, quality control, and client updates.
• Sell additional off-season services such as snow removal, parkade repair, and warehouse line painting.
