Description Target Start: January 5–15, 2026 Compensation: Base $60,000–$80,000 DOE + uncapped commission / performance bonuses Benefits: Full package per company policy About the Role We’re looking for a driven, relationship-oriented sales professional to own growth across your territory for pavement maintenance, asphalt resurfacing, and new construction services. You’ll build and manage a high-activity pipeline spanning property managers, municipalities, general contractors, and commercial portfolios — becoming the trusted local face of Pavement Resources. Key Responsibilities Drive Territory Growth: Prospect, qualify, and win net-new business while reactivating dormant accounts. Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Conduct discovery calls, perform site visits, develop estimates and bids, and close projects through effective handoff to operations. Collaborate with Estimating & Operations: Align on scopes, pricing, and proposals to deliver accurate, timely, and competitive bids. Maintain a Healthy Pipeline: Ensure CRM accuracy, provide reliable forecasts, and consistently hit activity and revenue KPIs. Represent the Brand: Attend industry events, build referral networks, and strengthen GC and vendor relationships to expand market reach. Requirements What You Bring 2–5+ years of B2B field sales experience; background in construction, paving, civil, or aggregates industries strongly preferred. True hunter mentality — proactive, resilient, and metrics-driven. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Valid driver’s license and comfort traveling within your assigned territory; ability to conduct site visits and client meetings. Organized and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through. -through.
