Our clients rely on us for everything from emergency plumbing repairs and scheduled maintenance to large-scale repiping projects and plumbing system upgrades.
We’re now seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to help us expand our footprint with property management firms, apartment complexes, HOAs, and commercial buildings.
This is an ideal role for a professional who understands the value of long-term client relationships and is skilled at B2B consultative selling in the service industry.

JOB SUMMARY

As an Outside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with property management companies that need a reliable, cost-effective plumbing partner.
You’ll represent our brand in the field, meeting with potential clients, understanding their pain points, offering solutions, and closing deals that result in ongoing service contracts, maintenance agreements, and emergency plumbing relationships.

Key Responsibilities- Prospecting & Outreach

  • Research and identify key property management companies, HOAs, and commercial property owners in your territory.
  • Conduct in-person visits, cold calls, and attend networking events to generate qualified leads.
  • Leverage LinkedIn, CRM tools, and local business directories to build a target list.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (especially outside sales in facilities management, or construction trades)
  • Prior experience selling to property managers, real estate investors, or HOA boards is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of plumbing services or general building maintenance (we provide training)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional presence and confidence in presenting to decision-makers
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (company vehicle may be provided after probationary period)
