Description THIS POSITION IS IN THE CHICAGO AREA! The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. The Outside Sales Representative will also monitor industry trends to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets and expand revenue. Job Responsibilities Include The ideal candidate is a consummate selling Professional willing to represent Pro Access Systems with a mindset based on exceptional service and customer collaboration. Target customers are fencing contractors, access control installers. 80% customer facing/field-based role. New Customer acquisition and development through direct B2B engagement Cold Calling and prospecting Sales Pipeline management with weekly sales meeting with sales team. Annual revenue expectation of 1 million dollars in sales-Assigned accounts Requirements Exposure or background in our current market Fencing, fence industry or construction product sales experience B2B Contractor Sales Works or has worked in a collaborative selling environment. Prospecting/Cold-Calling Market development Sales management Some overnight travel will be required given the span of our sales territory. Self-starter with a research-based mindset.
