OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with customers, identifying growth opportunities, and driving sales within your assigned territory. You will work closely with detail shop owners, managers, and dealership staff to provide tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments.
• Strong sales skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.

• Manage and grow an established territory of automotive detail shops and dealerships
• Develop new business through cold calling, referrals, and networking
• Conduct regular in-person visits to customer locations to build relationships and promote products
• Present product demonstrations and provide technical guidance on usage and application
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and packages
• Complete one out-of-town sales trip per month (approx. 2 nights) to service customers outside the immediate area
