You’re a self-starter with a drive for results. We get that. We like that. Specifically, you will: * Drive new business growth by proactively identifying opportunities, developing targeted strategies to attract prospective clients, and building lasting relationships to ensure retention and long-term success. * Establish yourself as a trusted business partner to both new and existing customers through product expertise, business acumen, and superior customer service. * Utilize CRM and other internal systems in compliance with company expectations. * Demonstrate curiosity and attentiveness to customer needs in order to proactively deliver tailored, value-based solutions that drive business impact while removing real or potential barriers. * Determine sales strategies through your understanding and manipulation of data related to the business. * Deliver on your sales strategies and sales targets through effective call route planning and execution of action plans. Please Apply If This Sounds Like You: * A minimum 3 years B2B sales experience * Post-secondary education in business or other related field * Valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record * A natural disposition to provide exceptional customer service * You are goal oriented and will give your all to achieve company targeted sales goals * You are compliant and will follow all company policies and procedures. * You are a self-starter. You are able to take initiative and identify what tasks need to be accomplished to ensure success * Able to read and write word and letter/number sequences. * Must be computer proficient. * High compliance with standards, requirements, and processes. * Emotional intelligence that facilitates respectful and courteous interactions with customers and other Gentek employees. * Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
