Description:

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with new and existing clients, promoting our products, and driving sales growth in the designated market. This role requires a strong understanding of customer service, account management, and technical sales, as well as the ability to analyze market trends to effectively position our offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in outside sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship building.
  • Excellent communication skills; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to manage accounts effectively and drive sales initiatives.
  • Familiarity with technical sales processes is advantageous.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for tracking sales activities.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
