About The Role We’re looking for a driven Outside Area Sales Manager to cover the Quebec and Eastern Canada territory. You’ll play a key role in growing market share, developing strong customer relationships, and delivering tailored adhesive solutions that solve real manufacturing challenges. What You'll Do Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. Build lasting relationships through consultative selling and solution-based approaches. Become a technical expert on MTA’s specialty products. Manage your territory effectively—plan, visit, follow up, and close. Maintain accurate activity reports and sales forecasts using our CRM. Qualifications Proven outside sales experience (adhesives, industrial, or manufacturing sectors preferred) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with strong time management ability Familiar with CRM software and MS Office Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) What We Offer Base salary: $60,000 – $80,000 Commission + bonuses: OTE $90,000 – $120,000+ Health & dental benefits Travel expense reimbursement Career growth in a collaborative, supportive environment Ongoing training & development
