Description Mission: To provide a mix of repeat and fill-in work to fill capacity in the Metal Processing business unit. This unit includes advanced laser technology, plasma table, waterjet cutting, break presses, deburring, turret punch, insertion presses, and robotic welding. Key Outcomes: Client Acquisition and Sales Growth: Bring in new work and clients to support automated laser technology. Collaborate with leaders to determine sales and marketing strategies. Develop a prospecting process. Establish 3-4 new strategic client alliances/relationships in 2026 to support top-line sales growth. Internal Process Improvement: Participate in weekly sales meetings to ensure effective communication and strategy alignment. Utilize the company's CRM tool to manage client relationships and sales activities. Update Sales KPI reports regularly. Use ERP software for the quotation process. Cultural Support: Engage in processes to refine and uphold company core values. Participate in and develop action plans from annual employee surveys. Promote the company culture seamlessly to employees, owners, clients, and business partners. Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the metal processing or manufacturing industry. Proficiency in CRM and ERP software. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients.
