Merik is a progressive industrial Rolling Steel door manufacturer seeking a Motivated Sales Representative for Western Canada. As a key part of our sales force, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, delivering tailored product solutions, and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate is proactive and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post Secondary Education (University preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Required)
  • Traveling frequently
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in the industrial door industry (Required)

    Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and partnerships to grow the authorized dealer base in the assigned region’s
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing authorized dealers
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and current authorized dealers.
  • Working closely with dealers in person, via telephone or electronically in a timely and courteous manner
  • Understand our dealers’ needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Achieve monthly and/or quarterly sales targets and performance metrics
  • Processing quotes, orders daily and other customer service tasks
  • Producing accurate, timely and efficient estimates and documentation for transactions
  • Liaise with senior management to align area goals with overall company objectives.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and other relevant industry functions
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
