REQUIREMENTS:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
· Proven Sales Experience: 2-3 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably within both the construction or rental industry and the commercial industry.
· Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of construction equipment, tools, services, and commercial solutions.
· Prospecting Skills: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting and cold calling.
· Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel the surrounding area in your market.
· Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate product features and benefits.

Responsibilities

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:
· Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities within both the construction and commercial industries.
· Utilize your knowledge of construction equipment and services as well as commercial solutions to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
· Conduct in-depth needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet the unique requirements of each client.
· Drive revenue growth by closing sales and exceeding targets in both competitive markets.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and delivery of exceptional service.
· You will be based in Saskatoon with a territory of Saskatoon and Regina. You will be expected to travel to Regina every 4-6 week.
