POSITION OVERVIEW The Brownell Sales Representative II engages in face-to-face interactions with customers, converting potential leads into customers, demonstrating products, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships. Primary Responsibilities � Manages customer base, develops growth plans, develops business prospects, and effectively markets the products � Coordinates resources, joint sells with key suppliers, and travel up to 50% overnight Education Requirements � Bachelor�s degree in Business or a related field Minimum Experience Required � Two (2) years of related experience License(s) and/or Certification(s) Required � n/a Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required � Customer Service and Focus Skills � Negotiation skills � Strong communication skills Computer Equipment and Software Requirements � Inputs information into computer software Qualifications Preferences � Technical knowledge in products and their applications, collaboration skills, previous successful sales history at Brownell Sales Representative I level, goal oriented
