Description

Reynolds and Reynolds develops and supports software for automotive retailers, featuring the industry’s only Retail Management System. Our superior software solutions, our award-winning sales, service, and support have made us one of the most recognized and respected companies in the automotive industry. We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to sell a specialized set of complimentary solutions to automotive dealerships within a defined territory. You will prospect potential customers in order to demonstrate the features and benefits of products, present proposals, and close deals. If you are a self-motivated, disciplined, and outgoing sales individual that is interested in bettering yourself and becoming an industry leader, this is the position for you!
Compensation: You will receive a base salary of $65,000 and total targeted compensation for the first year is expected to be $100,000/year including commissions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years related experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Persuasiveness and sales-closing abilities
  • Experience in new business sales is preferred
  • Ability to travel, with overnight hotel stays, up to 50%
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus (Sales Associate, Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, or F&I Manager)
Responsibilities
  • Promote the sale of Reynolds’ products to automotive dealerships
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Gubagoo, GoMoto, and AutoVision, solutions
  • Travel as needed, approximately 50%
  • Training with experienced representatives in the field, online courses, and classroom instruction at our headquarters (Dayton, OH)
