Your Mission as a Termite Closer: You are the front line in protecting homes from costly termite damage. As a Termite Closer, you’ll meet with homeowners, inspect properties for wood-destroying organisms, educate customers on risks and solutions, and confidently close treatment and prevention services. This is a high-impact, high-reward role for someone who thrives in the field, loves face-to-face interaction, and wants unlimited earning potential. What You’ll Be Owning: Conduct thorough termite inspections of residential properties Identify termite activity, conducive conditions, and structural risk factors Educate homeowners on termite behavior, prevention, and treatment options Present customized treatment plans and confidently close the sale Clearly communicate pricing, scope of work, and next steps Complete accurate inspection reports and production documentation Coordinate with service technicians to ensure seamless execution Maintain and operate company vehicle and equipment professionally Deliver VIP-level customer experiences from first contact to signed agreement You’re a Perfect Fit If You: Love being in the field and meeting new people daily Have a strong closing mentality and thrive on performance-based pay Are confident explaining technical information in simple terms Are self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven Bring professionalism, integrity, and follow-through to every interaction Want uncapped earning potential Requirements What You Bring to the Table: 1+ year of customer service or sales experience (termite/pest control a big plus) High school diploma or GED required Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (must be 21+, company vehicle & gas card provided) Ability to pass background screening Strong attention to detail and basic math skills Physical & Environmental Requirements: This is an active, hands-on role. You must be able to: Work in seasonal weather conditions, damp or dusty environments Access crawl spaces, attics, roofs, and confined areas Climb ladders and work up to 20 feet high Frequently sit, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, and crawl Experience in general labor, carpentry, roofing, concrete, gutters, or attic work is a plus. Schedule & Flexibility: Monday-Friday with Saturdays as needed. Flexibility is key-our customers rely on us.
